   Absolutely beautiful place, the food and drinks we had looked and taste amazing. The best quality ingredients cooked by the best chef's and served by the very best servers. This breakfast was hands down the best I've ever had. The staff are a credit to the owners.

   Had a great brunch here (eggs benny on English Muffin and smoked salmon with cherry berry smoothie, my partner had the sausage sandwich and said it was tasty). The staff was very nice and attentive, the food was prepared quickly and tasted great, the prices were a little high -especially compared to menus I saw online beforehand-, and the restaurant had a few tables filled but not too full. I'd definitely come back and happily bring people here.

   The food & the atmosphere is spot on in this place. It was busy but not overly noisy. The staff were very welcoming. Lots to choose from the menu & reasonably priced on most items. I decided on the Croque Monsieur sandwich, which tasted gorgeous. The cheese & ham was quite tasty & the crispy sourdough bread complemented the two together. 10/10.

   Don't leave reviews on here much but felt this spot really deserved it. Best eggs benedict I've had in a while and excellent coffee, the portions were generous for the price compared to a lot of similar spots. I was pleasantly surprised when one of the owners took the time to explain it was a family-run independent as from the vibe of the decor I thought it might be a chain. I mean that as a compliment - the branding and furnishings are class. Really hope this place thrives as I'd love Hatch to be able to expand over to Leeds so I can visit on the regular.

   Enjoyed a delicious brunch of potato rosti, with spinach, poached eggs & hollandaise sauce. Daughter had the same but on sourdough bread. Good coffee too with milk alternatives, although you have to pay an extra 50p for those, which most places don't do any more. The loaded croissants are good too!

   We visited hatch brunch house today and had the most amazing experience. The staff are unbelievably friendly, from the moment you walk through the door you feel right at home. We ordered four dishes from the menu and couldn't fault a single thing. The French toast is INCREDIBLE! This spot is such a fantastic addition to Halifax. Can't wait to return.

   Gorgeous place for brunch! Great coffee and menu, the decor is fabulous! Staff attentive and polite. The food was amazing and even though they were very busy it still arrived in a timely manner. Beautifully presented, the best smoked salmon I've ever had. Certainly somewhere we'd visit again as an occasional treat.
