The waiting room was bright,clean, and spacious, which is really helpful when you have mobility issues. The solicitor that we had the appointment with was very professional and made us feel at ease. Everything was explained to us in a way that we understood. This made the experience easier and not so daunting.I would definitely recommend it to family and friends .
