   Rachel Stone (Simmonds) is the most talented conveyancing solicitor I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Rachel completed all the conveyancing works on my first home following my awful divorce back in 2014 where she provided an outstanding five star service from start to finish. There was an issue with the garage that didn’t have any planning and building permission but Rachel stepped in and ensured this was resolved prior to completion. I decided it was time after 12 years to move on again to a smaller property and was absolutely delighted to find Rachel was still at Moore Tibbits. Without hesitation I made direct contact with her to ask if she would take care of all of the conveyancing works for both my sale and purchase. Rachel succeeded all my expectations where she swiftly completed my sale in no time at all. My purchase was more problematic being a leasehold property. Rachel being as thorough as she always was found several issues with the leasehold and unfortunately my purchase collapsed towards the end. Rachel was my tower of strength , I was devastated. She helped me through what was an incredibly difficult time and was so kind, caring and understanding of my complete sadness of losing my sale and purchase simultaneously. I cannot highly recommend Rachel enough to anyone seeking a solicitor who is incredibly talented and knowledgeable but above all gives that personal touch and makes you feel like your the only person she’s working for even though she’s snowed under with many other clients. I will continue to use Moore Tibbits for the foreseeable future and I’ve recommended Rachel and the firm itself to all my family and friends. If your looking for a top class conveyancing solicitor who’s got your best interests at heart then please do not hesitate and instruct Rachel Stone (Simmonds) as you won’t be disappointed you’ll be thorough delighted.    I have been very disappointed with the support received with my divorce. All I asked for was a single page of A4 setting out my counter offer for discussions with my husband after receiving advice. After 6 weeks of chasing I received a letter that was riddled with mistakes and inaccuracies that was no use to me at all and was charged nearly £500.

   Priya assisted me in all aspects of renewing a commercial lease for my clinic in Kenilworth. I highly recommend her as being professional, friendly, helpful and clear in explaining the legal jargon, and updating me on the progress at each stage. I also had personal interactions with other members of the company, and they were all very helpful. They will be my firm of choice moving forward.

   I don't personal use M & T. However, I am a power of attorney for elderly relatives who have/do use them; they did a home visit due to mobility issues, to go through their needs, they were trained in dealing with on set dementia and gave some fantastic advice around LPA. M & T staff have all been very polite and helpful. When dealing with LPA and Will concerns, on occasions I have popped in just to ask for clarity on mattress I'm not 100% sure about and they have been very helpful.

She was very thorough, responsive and always took the time to explain the more complicated details to us so that we understood the whole process.    A 5 star service from Lauren Smith. Lauren reviewed, prepared a report and fed back to me information regarding my new commercial Lease. Lauren was warm, caring, knowledgeable, quick at responding and most of all made me feel at ease taking on the new lease. I felt like I was supported through this whole process. I will definitely be using her again in the future and can't recommend her enough.

   I recently carried work out on behalf of this solicitors practice in good faith that they would pay in accordance with our agreed terms. After sending two statement reminders requesting payment and receiving no response I was obliged to call them directly , which further contributed to my negative experience due their complete indifference and unapologetic manner. Although I have not employed their legal services directly I would not be able to recommend them based on my experience.
