AVOID! I am unsure if Tim is lazy, incompetent, greedy or all of the above. The delay in Tim obtaining information during my house sale caused the sale to collapse, it took him over 6 weeks to get a basic piece of information that I obtained in a few days - I did his job for him, however the long delay caused the buyer to pull out. Funnily enough, as soon as Tim was made aware of the house falling through he was very quick to send me a bill (which I won’t be paying.) however when I tried to contact him during the process it was like it was a massive annoyance to him. If I had to use Tim to sell my house again, I would burn it down instead as it would be a easier process.
