Awful company. I cancelled my policy two years ago. They chased me after those two years for payment of storage of my will. They had forgotten that I had cancelled it. After a dozen or so emails with aggressive bullying tactics I was charged £150 for absolutely nothing. I'm considering putting a complaint into the financial ombudsman.
