   The worst bailiff company/ made my partner pay 280 extra for one missed payment (she is a student nurse with 3 children) she asked to continue the payment plan as she literally couldn’t afford the payments and the guy said no and if she didn’t pay in full he would be back within two days to take her car? No human decency from these people. They post letters and don’t even knock so she couldn’t resolve anything they just post the letter and run. Originally when the man came he told her she had to pay by a certain date, on that date he was at the door again posting his letters saying she didn’t pay by 10:00 am so needed to pay I’m full? He just made up the time so she called the office who said they closed at 5 so she would have had until 5 that day not 10. The guy is just a bully. He decided 10 am was the time she had to pay and came with his letter demanding full payment? He didn’t even no anything about the council tax debt and gave the wrong details- horrible company and people- the man on the phone line is decent and let her pay in instalments even after the bully said she couldn’t. He will get what he deserves one day

   Bullies with huge egos. They walk up your garden path like they are some kinda superior macho men. They try to bully and scare you into paying for something you can not afford. They do not know the law... or if they do, they do not follow it.

   Absolutely awful company and people who work there, I understand in their line of work they have to deal with people a certain way but these individuals are just complete d1cks. I phoned up to make a payment 1 day after it was due (being self employed that was out of my control) and they start with the lies as usual saying there is a recovery truck waiting to seize my assets if I don't pay the full amount due on the account, after 5 minutes of listening to the uneducated pr1cks who have eaten a bit too much and now with their job think they have the most power in the world, they told me if I could pay an extra £50 on top of the payment I was originally supposed to make then that would be fine, so I asked if I could call a friend to send me the £50 and I'd call back in 5 minutes to make the payment, that wasn't allowed and he said I had to make the payment straight away (not possible) there is a certain way to deal with people in every walk of life and these guys have no clue of that whatsoever and just try to use bullying tactics, I'm positive they'll all face the consiquences of their actions soon enough. The whole conversation was recorded by myself and will be taken further

   How these bunch of monkeys are still running i do not know. But all i can say is they are a joke! They bully you with their powerless scare tactics saying thing's like "enforcement agent will be calling to remove your goods!!" even though you haven't given them peacefully entry into your property! They LIE SOOOO much words could not explain. They say my account has had a court order served against me but yet i have got writen confirmation off the council to say no order is to be served against us due to my partners health, but yet they say one has been issued and the court has set the agreed payment plan when the court HAS NOT done so, and the council is the ones who agreed the payment plan!! They also dont accept any direct debits or standing orders which these are the first bailifs i know of who doesnt accept them payment methods. Their attitude absolutely stinks with no sympathy what so ever! And if you stand you're ground then they throw their toys out the pram and throw tantrums and hound you with powerless threats. They an absolute joke and i am going to take these further as i got enough evidence to do so. Edit from today 26-1-2018 Just received another letter through the post today that stated they have attended my property "YESTERDAY" with this particular letter but yet the postman had just delivered it!!! So i contacted the council and explained what had happened and they informed me that B&S had attended my property on 2 occasions and gave the dates, so we got no reason not to believe them. So i informed the lady that i have CCTV pointing at my front door and i can sure you they have NOT attended on them dates they have told you and done nothing more than send the letters via post. So if you can provide me with an email address i will send the footage over to you this second. The lady then told me to hold the line and when she came back she said we are now going to open a case and look into the behaviour of B&S bailifs and deal with them accordingly :). So If anyone receives a letter from these cowboys DONT be frightened of them and STAND YOUR GROUND!! And keep track of the dates and record EVERY CONVERSATION you have with them because they WILL deny all knowledge of you contacting them!! But most importantly DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT let them in you're property!!!
