   I’m sad to be giving 3 stars , but my daughter travels to London working, and booked a taxi for 6:20 , but didn’t arrive until 6:30 , no call , when I rang the operator to ask where the taxi was , he hung up ? Second time he said don’t worry you have plenty of time ? Which I had to inform him the time is non of his buisness , my daughter wanted time to pop into the shop before her coach . How dare he assume there is enough time . No apology , i asked for his name and he said Siad . I have used them twice before and had great service from a lovely man . Shame he was around this time , not sure I will use them now weekly which is a shame ..

   The old man on the phone has yelled at me twice for just ringing up then hung up when I mentioned it was the 2nd time I rang up and he yelled at me the 1st time because he wanted to make a cup of tea shame as its a good taxi company but will heck as like be using them again

   Had a really negative experience with this taxi company- we confirmed our booking twice prior to our taxi due to it being for our work Christmas party and we’re told it was sorted. After an over 25 minute of no show after our time we rang up for a very rude customer service and to be told that our booking never existed and whenever we asked how this had happened where responded with “you’re breaking up”. We then unfortunately were late to our venue due to having to book an Uber and have had no form of apology or even notice that our taxi failed to arrive completely. This was a taxi company I have trusted in the past however the chain of events and customer service me and my friends received on Saturday evening, we will not consider ever booking again.

   Booked taxi both ways but only brought me one way. After 20 minutes waiting I was called and the guy said is nothing booked for this address. When I told him I'm still waiting he cut me off. Don't bother to block me because I will be never use your taxi again.

   Sunday night and had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Absolute joke! They could have at least rang me to tell me they'll be late. But it's taken me 3 calls and a call back to know where I stand. Used them all the time. Never again!!!
