   Booked a week in advance as we were going to a funeral, confirmed the day before everything great. 15 minutes before pick up had a text saying it had been cancelled!! Rang, no apology, they just said we don’t have any drivers. Still waiting for a refund as money was taken when booked! Will not be using them again!! Stear clear off these cowboys

   Extortionate fares the phone system recognises your number and uses previous pick up points where you have had taxis from. Does not give you a price before your journey until the driver turns up and puts your destination into their pda to get the price for the journey. A firm in the city called A&B Cabs was cheaper than them but didn’t have availability straight away. Better calling A&B at least you can speak to staff and get a quote and even on their website and will show you their quote.

   Booked ADT via their app, they took our booking and money. Didn't turn up at 10.30 pm, phoned them at 10.45, said they'd send another one, it didn't turn up. The 3rd one eventually turned up gone midnight. They took our friends home and then the driver charged them cash. We have phoned several times to get our refund to no avail. Will never use them again. They used to be such a good company

   I was walking to shop seen a old lady (96 year old) freezing cold. I asked if she was okay, she stated she called ADT taxis and they said be there in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later no show. I called them on her behalf as worried about her safety and they said the taxi be there in 2-3 minutes, guess what a no show. So I called them again 10 minutes later and the taxi company said nobody was there. Which was lies said can't get hold of him or anyone else so she needs to ring again later. Bare in mind she had a new replacement and finds it hard to walk. I was angry at this disgraceful company. So i decided to take her home instead and stop doing my shopping so she gets home safe. This company should be closed down.
