   Unfortunately I instructed Headley’s for the conveyancing of my property at the start of September. Today i am still no further along than i was then. After chasing week after week for an update from Headleys with no response, i found out via a 3rd party that 2 of their staff had left a few weeks ago. Headleys failed to reach out to me to notify me of this and the delays that it would cause with my property purchase. After painfully waiting on hold, i spoke to Headleys on 2 separate occasions and was frustrated to hear that the person answering the phones was only able to “pass on a message”. I am still yet to hear back from anyone! I was however told that the new conveyancer that started was taking on 600 cases, so i don’t expect me or anyone else to receive an update with any urgency. This is the worst, most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I will be requesting a refund, but given their lack of communication to customers who are actually paying for their services already, I think I’ll be better off playing the lottery.

   Fantastic solicitors, Hollie is amazing, best ever solicitor we have ever used for a house move. I thoroughly recommend Headleys. Especially Hollie. This house move hasn't been easy or straightforward for us or Hollie, thank goodness for Hollie, her hard work and dedication, always on the ball end emailing updates late into the night, even when she was poorly!! We have been on edge throughout our sale, a short while ago finally completed, we were informed immediately by Hollie that everything had finally gone through. No more sleepless nights, waiting for the chain to collapse! The odd occasion that we called at the office all staff were very polite and friendly. And a big thank you to Mr Churn for his help and input with a particular piece of paperwork that was needed due to our buyers demands!! His help was also greatly appreciated.    I can honestly say that I was absolutely blown away by Headleys Solicitors! They were recommend to us by a friend of mine at work who was also in the process of selling his home and buying a new one, he highly rated them. So thats what I did, I contacted them later that day and never looked back. Hollie was outstanding for us! I was blown away by how she was constantly on the ball with everything from start to finish! She was always just an email away, often replying to emails late into the evening. She always answered any questions / queries in a timely manner and was brilliant at guiding us through the whole process, making us feel at ease throughout. Having used a couple of different Solicitors in the past, I hadn't had the best experience, constantly having to chase them to send an email to other solicitors, ringing up constantly to try and get them to do things.. but Hollie & Headleys was a breath of fresh air in this regard, Hollie was always one step ahead for us. I will always recommend Hollie & Headleys Solicitors to anyone! And we will definitely be using them again in the future. Also a special mention to Nick too as he was also great!    We used Headleys at last minute to buy our first home due to others not being on the list for where our mortgage was coming from and I am so glad we did! Both Nick and his assistant Cerys were so prompt and professional with everything and made sure everything ran smoothly for us as well as keeping us up to date on how everything was going. If we need anything in the future I will definitely go to Nick and Cerys again! And would highly recommend anyone doing the same if they need help. Thank you so much to you both!!

   We have been using Nick Churm for a couple of years now and have always found him reliable and professional. What we also like about Nick is that he will bring all paperwork to you at a convenient time which is brilliant if you are old, disabled or have a busy lifestyle and can’t make it into the office !!

   Such a disappointing experience. Hired for conveyancing for a house purchase. I did not get a response to the vast majority of my emails to my case manager, with all but one of my phone calls to him sent straight to his assistant. He did not directly address any of my enquiries. Would not recommend.
