   I had a disappointing experience with Marsh Commercial. I submitted a PII proposal form and followed up, but unfortunately received no response from the client advisor, which delayed my business setup. I subsequently contacted Howden, who were highly professional and responsive. They quickly secured a very competitive quote with global coverage from a reputable insurer. It's a shame Marsh Commercial couldn’t provide the same level of service — especially given the importance of timely support for regulated professionals.

   I’ve been a director of a supported living company since 2017 and this is the worst insurance company I have made contact with. I filled out their 33-page form and then received call after call for more information. In previous years and this year, I managed to obtain quotes from other insurers with short forms and no fuss.

   Has to be the worst Broker I have dealt with. They do not reply, do not communicate and they also leave you without being insured after listing clearly that everything is completed on email. Use this Company if you want to put your business at risk!

   Been trying to get hold of Christine for weeks, even sent message via website. Been ignored, sure she will be in touch for my renewal next month. - Don't bother already found a company that replies outside of the renewal period! STAY CLEAR THEY IGNORE YOU!
