   Unfortunately in 2024, we had a disappointing experience with this branch. Our original solicitor became unwell and had to step away from the case, at which point a second solicitor took over and assured us she could continue the work. We kept checking in with them for around 6–8 weeks and were repeatedly told that progress was being made. However, we were later informed that they were no longer able to continue representing us as they had too much workload. When we asked for the work to be passed on to our new firm, we were shocked to find that very little had actually been done. Despite this, we were charged for services such as property checks, which our new firm had to redo due to concerns about their thoroughness. Our request for a refund was declined. The lack of transparency and follow-through caused us a great deal of stress, and we came dangerously close to losing the property. Had we been informed that they could not carry out our case, we would have gladly moved to another firm to avoid these issues. I am just deeply saddened they by this experience. People’s lives are greatly affected by these decisions.

My point of contact was Kelsey, she was outstanding in all matters, always keeping me informed of all steps. She had to deal with some unexpected issues but nothing was a challenge for her.    1 STAR IS GENEROUS... AWFUL LAW FIRM. Zero communication, no one picks up the phone (ever) and they will delay your sale or purchase by months due to them just not reading emails from the other party involved. Avoid. Do not use. You will have to chase endlessly for months on end to get a response to voicemails and emails, let alone progressing anywhere near completion stage on a property.

Particularly in our case, the Sellers wanted to expedite the sale and we had so less time. I must admit, I thought it would not be possible but Natalie made sure we completed on time. We got all our doubts clarified on the sale. I am so happy with the experience and would recommend their services to anyone.
