   We had a great experience with Convey Law during our remortgage, and in particular with Lewis Greenman, who handled our case. As this was our first time remortgaging, we had quite a few questions, but Lewis was extremely polite, patient, and very responsive to all our queries. He was always quick to clarify anything we were unsure about and was easily accessible by both phone and email, which we really appreciated. The online portal was also quite useful for updates, and made all information clear and easy to access throughout the process. Overall, the process felt smooth and well-managed, and we felt well supported from start to finish. We would highly recommend Convey Law and Lewis to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive conveyancing service.

She made a process which was made incredibly hard by the mortgage lenders, sellers, and easte agents much easier than it otherwise would have been.    The service provided by my Conveyancer Phillip Edwards was as I was expecting and more. I'm a Landlady who is gradually selling off her portfolio so I've used several firms in last few years and Convey were excellent. From 1st contact to completion the communication by email and phone was excellent. I must say, I've used many conveyancing solicitors' online portals and Convey Law's one was the best. Very easy and very good at sending updates. Phillip was very good, he always gets back to you by either phone or email and that's all you want as a customer, to be kept in the loop. So many firms fall short on something as simple as communication and frankly that's the main point most customers will score you on, so just aim to get that right! Thanks Phill, and Convey Law. Good job.

   The service provided by my Conveyancer Rhian Reynolds and her assistant Shannon was excellent. They were readily available to answer my email queries and discuss urgent matters over the telephone. They were very helpful in passing on communications to other parties. I always felt fully updated by my team and they definitely went above and beyond many times to help achieve move in deadlines which we were able to keep to. The portal was easy to use and well explained with lots of helpful videos and expectations of the timelines involved with purchasing - very helpful for buying my first property.    Without a doubt the worst service I've ever received. From start to finish Convey Law were an absolutely terrible company to deal with, this is is my first review I've ever left on a company that's how strongly I feel about this. Days sometimes weeks on end ignoring emails and then when you finally would hear back from them they would of largely ignored any questions you had asked. After Days of chasing updates you would finally be informed that they actually needed some more information from yoy which they had conveniently waited until Friday afternoon to ask for so that they could disappear for the weekend again and not deal with it until the next Wednesday at the earliest. At one point I dared to ask why I was being made to wait Days and days at a time for a response and still wasn't actually having y questions answered and we were informed that the person handling our case was struggling following the email chain, so apparently was just choosing to outright ignore us. When we finally did get to to the stage where it was time for us to receive our money from the remortgage we were advised we should wait 48 hours (not sure why as they swear blond they don't claim any interest on it) but we said fine as per THEIR terms and conditions we would wait AT MOST 48 hours. Low and behold 48 hours passes without so much of a word to explain why the money hadn't been sent to us. Wlwe then chased as to where our moneybwas and got a reply from the person working on our case acting as if we were out of order for asking, informing us it wasn't her business at to why accounts hadn't paid us yet. Our mortgage advisor then informed us what they were doing was highly illegal and told us to inform them we would call the police if they didn't release our funds. Surprise surprise they instantly released them. An absolute farce of a company from start to finish. They of course remembered to take their fee out of the money we received. As I said at the alstart this is my first review I've ever left on any company purely because of how bad they were.

   I was recommended Convey Law by L&C who were arranging my mortgage and they were absolutely fantastic. Emma Robbinson went above and beyond to get my purchase through, and helped to reassure me along the way. It's refreshing to use a company that is on the ball and responds to emails quickly (most responses I had were within a couple of minutes). I'd happily use Convey Law again, and could not fault their service. Thanks so much for making my first house buy so smooth!
