1 of your drivers terrible swerving in and out of lanes no indicators nearly hit my car 2 times I have little children in the car and I’m guessing they hat youngish kids as dropped of at college have a word with your drivers going to cause an accident
Very rude driver. nearly killed us by not giving way at a clear junction. Just couldn't be bothered to wait another 20 secs, then proceeds to give abuse on his mistake! Clearly just tried to quickly get over the junction which failed. Needs to take his test again obviously. Update to your reply- 40 in a 30 you must be blind, speed humps and upcoming junction which the black audi came through I was stationary letting it come past to which you FOLLOWED! NOT LOOKING AND JUST THINKING YOU CAN GET THROUGH QUICKLY. Nothing changes the fact it is a GIVE WAY junction so next time stop and give way!
Excellent service to and from the airport. Our return flight was cancelled for 24 hours. Driver was there at 3am when we landed. Would highly recommend. Thank you. Carol, Claudia and the driver who got us home.
Good service
We booked a taxi to collect us at 4am this morning. I called 13 times to only be greeted by the Vodafone voicemail. I left a massage and 10 hours later no response with an explanation or apology! Absolutely disgusting and the last thing you want early hours with 2 children! Avoid at all cost!!!!! A very wonderful Birmingham service came to our rescue!
