“We ordered 2x 8 seaters to take 10 of us and all our luggage to and from Birmingham airport (1 week later for the return). It was easy to book and had text confirmation to put our minds at ease knowing it was all sorted. Both taxis arrived at 2am to take us to the airport promptly (early infact, but were fine to wait until booked time). They got us to the airport safely and in a timely manner. Both drivers were very pleasant and polite. Made this part of our holiday seamless and stress free. Being picked up at both locations on time with no waiting wondering where they were. We were even delayed coming home on the plane and they texted to keep in touch with me to check how we were doing in arrivals getting our luggage.
