   Was needing some help with a bereavement and work stress and therapy helped much more than I expected. Great value can be found in the professional, kind and understanding reception I got. Therapy helped me unblock myself from grief and move on. It helped me untangle the yarn of the many work issues and view my situation from another point of view. I gained greater understanding of my ways and I was able to express my mind visually many times. To make sense of things that don't make sense. I was able to be honest with myself and about the situations I had to deal with. I am grateful for the help and I can now continue with life in a more hopeful way. Thank you very much. For those seeking this kind of help I would definitely recommend this service.

   My experience of Kaleidoscope has been transformative. As someone who had never received therapy before, it exceeded everything I could've hoped to learn about myself and about the way I think and how this leads to behaviours. I had Marina and she was excellent, always extremely welcoming and chatty whilst also having a clear plan to achieve what I wanted to achieve with my sessions. Thank you!

   I am immensely greatful for all of the support I recieved from Kaleidoscope. Words will never convey how awesome the whole experience was, and how it exceeded my expectations of what it would be like to work with a psychologist. I was very lucky to work with Paul. It was very cool to work with a psychologist who was very concious. He prioritised working collaboratively over being 'right', and he respected me as an autonomous individual. I would also like to give special thanks to Christine who showed immense kindness and generosity, and for giving me the space to talk about my experiences. She gave me some helpful pointings, and facilitated a wonderful play therapy session for my daughter. I also want to say that Paul is definitely worth the money, as the service he provides including the genuine care he gives is outstanding. I am now in the position to focus my energy on starting my own business thanks to the work I did here.    Paul is an amazing therapist, he helped me through a very difficult period in my life and was always empathetic and observant, working out what was at the heart of the issue very quickly. Therapy was a very new experience for me, and Paul was great at making me feel at ease with his good sense of humour. I can't recommend Kaleidoscope enough, thank you so much for all you've done.

   Kaleidoscope service is absolutely wonderful. We had to go with Kaleidoscope due to third party involved yet we could not be happier with the outcome. From super friendly admin staff through the wonderful therapist, everything was smooth. Paul is very knowledgeable and understands how difficult therapy can be and did everything what possible to turn it into a positive experience. It is thumbs up! I will recommend to everyone.

   Kaleidoscope is a quiet and family friendly place with small areas for kids to play.Also, Mr. Paul who opens the door for you not only to enter the premises but also to enter a better future life by offering advice and trying to find together with the client a solution to solve existing problems. Mr. Paul also has very good communication skills with teenagers, which he guides with his knowledge and advice to think and make more correct decisions that contribute to a better family life.

   I started talking to Paul in the middle of 2021 and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. If you’re open to work and listen then I couldn’t recommend Paul and his team more. I always thought of therapy as something that I would end up changing how I am but what I learnt was to accept myself for who I am and without the help of kaleidoscope I wouldn’t have found that answer If you’re not sure it’s right for you atleast give it a go, I guarantee you won’t regret it Thanks again Paul
