5 stars, it doesn't come better than this. Arranged an 18ton at very short notice with Mark. Lorry came next day and loaded up as much as possible and brought it a 100 miles down the m1 to my unit and waited around while we struggled to unload it as the fork lift on my side was ****. Driver was a great bloke and the price was very reasonable!

It is rare to find such a flexible bespoke service, we needed palletising in a small shared storage warehouse which we discussed and agreed with the very helpful and positive Mark Derbyshire and we are very happy with the result. I'd spent months prior to finding them, trying to configure my shipping needs and in one personable and kind phone call, all my questions were answered and I was given additional advice and guidance on things I hadn't thought of before so it was incredibly helpful. One to one customer service and very swift email replies. 10/10 would use again. Also very cost effective in my opinion.
Have been using Defenda transport for the past few weeks and the service has been amazing. They are quick, reliable, and always available to answer questions over the phone. We have been dealing with Mark Derbyshire and he has been exceptionally helpful with any questions, queries and quotes.
Whilst myself and all other drivers slowed down to 30mph due to lane closures and an accident ahead according to the M1 gangways, their van decided it was fine for them to race past at 70mph and speed off down the exit slip road cutting us up so we had to slam our breaks on. Shameful behaviour on the road, if that's how they regard road safety, I'd hate to see how poorly they provide services to customers.
