I am one of the 1st clients of 7seas when the business actually started in South Africa and have remained a loyal client for 20 years. Delivery schedules from this depot are well run and managed and realtively punctual (taking into account the awful traffic and continual roadworks). I have NEVER had an issue with deliveries to Cambridge from this depot. Furthermore, i have made 2 visits in person from Cambridge to the depot to collect items shipped from South Africa (my choice entirely) in the last 6 months. The staff have ALWAYS been extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. The depot is seemingly well managed and contrary to popular belief quite a large building with ample staff (NOT the size of your local Post Office). ADDITIONALLY i have been impressed with the way I have seen my items stored and treated at this depot. Those that leave negative replies relating to deliveries or collections should look at THEIR own lack of planning before pointing a finger !

Had to remove something from a box. Was charged £45 extra for a depot visit. Was not informed about this. Very unfair. However, box was delivered very efficiently.

More like a scam than a shipping/storage company, that is the story: my friend in China left some luggage at my place but I am moving out soon so my friend have no choice but to find a storage company with collection service so that he can have the luggage back in November when he come back. I already told my friend I am only available for collection from 10am to 2pm, after 2pm I need to pick up my son and off to work , so my friend place the order and make a notice on the order that I am only available from 10am to 2pm for the collection. On the next day, one of the staff ring me said the collection will be at anytime on the day, but she will send me a text message to tell me which slot I am in, but I say to her that I cannot do it after 2pm, she said that there is nothing she can do but tell me to wait until they know which slot I am in, it maybe the time that I am available. After few hours, I received a message that the collection will be 2:30pm to 3:30pm, OMG, how many time that I have to tell them that I won't be at come for the collection after 2pm? So I rang them again again and again, but no help at all, how about change the collection day? they threaten to charge £15 extra, how about cancel the order? deposit non-refundable(but it is their problem that the order cannot be fulfill, and my friend got charge for the service he didn't use, what is the point?), well, the collection date is tomorrow, I don't know what to do, maybe I have to report that to watchdog, but guys, AVOID THIS COMPANY, FIND A COMPANY DON'T MAKE EXTRA CHARGE AND NON_REFUNDABLE PAYMENT WITH HIDDEN TERMS.
