The most horrible place to loading, very disrespectful aggressive staff, everybody is a boss there. You can wait a whole day to loading and they will also damage your trailer!!!
Very long waiting time. From 12:10, it's 16:23 and we haven't loaded it yet.
I was told I would be contacted to arrange delivery date (large items) so that I could arrange logistics of moving the goods once delivered. Fagan and Whalley didn't contact me to arrange delivery of a pallet so I am left with 20 radiators on my driveway on a Friday afternoon which I can't move until I am able to contract contractors.

Absolutely terrible attitude toward drivers, 12 hours plus a day and show you the door if you say anything, I was told there is no such thing as a 60 hour maximum working week, they only want drivers who are willing to do 80 plus a week
The management are only interested in you working 12hrs a day and don't give a damm what time you started
Great place to work friendly staff. Tries to accommodate all drivers visiting the site. On arrival press buzzer (gatehouse only manned 18:00 to 06:00) once they let you in park in a bay and follow pedestrian crossing to walk way behind trailers that are backed up to the building. Go in to transport/reception to get instructions. There are toilets and showers on site. Kettle and microwave plus tea machine and vending machine available to all. There is a jet wash and brush but if your a visiting company ask before using. Workshop on site with good fitters.
Seems to be a very good job to work. Very friendly people and a growing family company that makes you feel comfortable during interview time.
