Told me my package would arrive 3 days ago, then keep saying they'll phone me back. Now just don't answer the phone at all and I've never received a consignment number or tracking number. Oh and it costs way way more then any reasonable courier. 100 for a week late delivery and no communication. Still no communication a further 3 days later
