   Edit/Update to business response: I settled the complaint after they compensated me having involved my MP. I was not, and am still no satisfied, everything below still stands Dealing with CTT group for a trust is painful, and like pulling teeth. My mother is moving home after my father passed, and we wish to move the trust with it. Mum is elderly, and I deal with much of this for her. This should be straightforward and simple, given it’s a core offering of their business. However, dealing with their employees, its a sloppy, inefficient, and just downright unprofessional experience. Some specific examples were repeated, misspelling of names, using the incorrect address and incorrectly invoicing. Everything just reeks of sloppiness and a lack of any quality assurance. Given the business they’re in, this is downright unacceptable. To get them to answer emails is painful, you have to chase repeatedly. Phoning them? It's improved recently, but previously it would just ring out and no answer. It feels like they are under resourced and they're cutting corners. Once the move is completed, I intend to pursue this complaint more formally, as I’d very much like whomever regulates CTT Group to be aware. I’d fully recommend opening a trust as an idea, but just not with CTT group. As a footnote, a lot of the positive reviews here have very few other reviews or no text, which I’d question. Not all of course are this way, but have a look for yourself, see the bias and ask why. I’m sure they’ll reply to this saying to get in touch etc. like they have with other 1 star reviews, and I will in time, but given their habit of ignoring emails, I’ll wait until the move is completed and pursue as I mentioned above. Make your own choices, but for me, I’d never touch the company ever again

   Don't know where to begin, this is the 3rd time we've wanted money from trust and each time has taken ages and we've had to chase them all the way no communication, unless we complain then someone usually rings,been waiting since April for money from trust. We put our property into trust,but our son and daughter have already told us that when we've gone they're closing it as they're not prepared to go through same. Stear clear of this company

   1 star is too good for these people. Absolutely disgraceful service. Probate took almost a year. Held on to my dad's estate for as long as possible, just lining their pockets with bank interest. Poor communication: delaying tactics. Very expensive. Would I recommend this 'company' NEVER!!!!!

   I have personnaly used the services provided by Clive Ponder and his team at Countrywide and had a totally positive experience. I have also recommended their services to many of my clients and had nothing but good feedback. I find them to be professional, knowledgeable, reliable, honest, helpful, polite, patient, ...... I could go on and on. I think they are a top drawer company. I agree with the observation made previously that the ridiculously negative reviews were probably made by competitors who are trying to "knock" their competition. As for the comment about expensive. To be honest I don't know how they over their services at such a good price especially when I compare them to the typical solicitor or legal practice that I deal with. Keep up the good work I say.

   After reading a lot of reviews i was a bit sceptical about the service here, however, our late father had left them to deal with the house sale. We found them to be extremely courteous, knowledgeable and very professional, the sale of the house went through and we had our cheques with in the week. Thank you to Charlotte and Richard in the Warwickshire branch. regarding trust and house sales we would not hesitate in recommending these guys (Richard, David and Phillip J)

I have not come across another organisation that is so highly respected by its peers and I'm shocked at some of reviews on this page that appear to be insecure competitors. Don't hesitate in the slightest engaging them. I am a client and professional that uses their services.
