   If you thought DPD or Evri were bad, hold on to your hat. The company actively refuse to answer calls and emails. Parcels are frequently lost, missing, or delayed for no reason. Drivers claim they "dont know the address" despite taking photos on the provided addresses, if you can work out the street because the photos are more likely to show a phone holder than anything else.

   Terrible service Bought an item from Amazon APC Cwmbran must of been the choice delivery service from the company I bought the item from APC dropped a card through our front door as we were in work at the time. With contact details to re-arrange delivery. Well I phoned multiple times and got no answer on the phone so decided on my day off work Saturday too go and pick the item up as it stated on the card there open time's being 8-11am forty mile round trip on my day off no problem I thought as the wife can do a spot of shopping while we are out turned up at APC depot 9am and it's all locked up and it started on the delivery card 8-11am open Saturday . hopeless at answering the phone and hopeless at opening there parcel department Avoid this company at all costs time wasters one star is way to high I will pass this information on to Amazon also Mickey mouse outfit

   This company is not paying for logistic services. We had an appointment of payment after 30 days. Now it's over 70 days and still no money!! Such e-mails is a joke: "We are currently working through the May supplier list and I can confirm you are on the list. I can confirm the payment date yet but we will make payment as soon as we can. We will let you know once the payment has been made."

   Totally inept and uninterested in sorting out a late delivery issue. Take it from an APC account holder for 5 years this is one of the worst attitudes we have come across. Don't even deserve 1 star.

   Had a very reputable company send an overnight parcel to me to go along with their exceptional customer service to get the product to me on a date agreed 14 days prior. Unfortunately it was Bridgetime Transport Ltd that made it fall shockingly short on all fronts from timings to customer service almost 4 DAYS later. I initially made contact with the company when my window was moved from 3pm-4pm to 6pm-7pm on the Friday and was watching on the live feed when I saw the driver make absolutely no attempt to deliver my parcel at all. No attempt was made by the APC driver or depot to contact me and inform me of the failed delivery or to sort a date/time for reschedule. After several failed attempts of trying to make contact myself, I expected the parcel to be delivered to me on the next day on a Saturday as it said the depot was open and the parcel was labelled as 'overnight'. Shock-horror no attempt was made. After trying to get through to the company via email and telephone through the Saturday and Sunday I made another attempt Monday morning where I found a separate email than the one provided by APC where I managed to get a reply. After explaining my situation the reply offered no apologies after the initial response. I am prematurely writing this review before the parcel has even got to me out of complete and utter disbelief of how unprofessional the company was in handling this. By far, hands down, the worst courier service I have ever been on the receiving end of. I was dissuade any company from using this courier, especially the 'overnight' service they offer.

   We paid for some garden furniture to be couriered to London on Friday and it was delivered this afternoon (Monday), incredible service and would definitely recommend that others use them. Very trusting company as they even delivered the pallet before taking payment.
