   Incredible after sale service! Two years ago I bought a set of beautiful leather dining chairs from Kubek furniture. I’m not sure how it happened but recently the wood where the leg was attached to the seat split. I contacted Mark to see if it was possible to source a replacement leg - he asked for photos and confirmed he could repair it for a very modest fee. I posted the leg to him, he did an amazing repair and then his son delivered it to my home (an hour’s drive away from his) in person at no extra cost. I could not have asked for better service.

   We purchased a Signature Weave, Jessica outdoor sofaset online from Kubek. We got a very good price offer on the set and it was delivered to our holiday lodge within 2 days. The person who dealt with me via text regarding the purchase was also the person who was in the 2 person delivery and kept me in the loop through the process as we couldn't be onsite on the delivery day which was a Saturday morning. Great service and they sent a photo of the delivered boxes which left at the site office with my agreement. The boxes in the photo's look a bit squashed but there is loads of air in them and they were perfect once unboxed. 100% recommended.

   What more can I say but absolutely fantastic service from this company. Ordered a wooden bed but wanted a higher headboard and a higher foot board which was no problem at all. Mark and carol took very good care of my wife and myself during the whole process and the bed was delivered on time, and we love it. A great experience and I’m sure we will be back to order some bedside tables very soon.

   We ordered the pearl day bed. The guys who delivered were absolutely brilliant, polite, friendly and couldn't do enough to help. I didn't have the most easiest access to my property but the father and son team made it work and all with a smile. I can't recommend them highly enough. The furniture is high quality and they even assembled it for me. Communication was second to none and super speedy delivery. Definitely a company you can trust from start to finish it's been so easy. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and will be buying from them again in future.

   We had been seeking a octagonal table for a recent home renovation. We came across Kubek while doing our search. We spoke with the team over a few months who were very informative and friendly. Once we committed to the sale we found the whole delivery process easy with commitment from the team to even get the delivery done on a bank holiday - which was much appreciated as the journey was quite a distance. We are very happy with our handmade table from the team. The table is of the highest quality of workmanship and we are looking forward to enjoying it for many decades to come.
