   Appalling customer service! We ordered in January and we've still not had any notification from them or our goods. Rang so many times, they either DO NOT answer or do not return call. DO NOT ORDER from them. Customer service is so bad

   Absolute rubbish. Still waiting for a promised refund for two candles which both arrived broken due to extremely poor packaging. Refund email was sent before Christmas. I have emailed twice since then chasing my refund. Have received no response to either beyond the automatic response.

   Awful awful awful. Ordered a Christmas present which was requested to be delivered to the recipient's address. Asked for a gift message to be included. I paid £6 P&P. Instead the parcel was delivered to me at my address with no gift message. I have sent two emails to customer services with no response. I have spoken to an incredibly defensive customer services advisor on two occasions who didn't apologise and stated that he would get 'dispatch' to call me as it was their fault. No mention of a refund on the P&P. No call back from 'despatch'. Shocking. Avoid this company.
