When looking to renew our insurance at the start of the Coronavirus lockdown period, Tim from Cornerstone was recommended to us by an associate. From the initial contact I have to say the service received was excellent, despite challenging circumstances. There was no hard sell that insurers are notorious for, Tim asked all the right questions to identify our needs, gave his recommendations on the most suitable products for our requirements (not the most expensive!) and then gave us time to weigh up our options before proceeding. I have over many years used other brokers some better than others before finding Cornerstone. Cornerstone Business Insurance and Tim provide excellence throughout. They are competively priced at the same time as providing first class quality. Cornerstone go the extra mile in thoroughly checking out your business to make sure you are properly covered for everything you need to be covered for. This is sometimes forgotten in the rush by some companies to find the cheapest possible deal. When checking our previous insurance Tim found some critical areas in our business where we should have been covered and were not - and also other areas where we were paying for cover that was not necessary. Cheap can be very costly in a claim if you are not properly covered and we were lucky to find a company so pro-active on our behalf.
