   Have been trying to contact this company for two weeks now for a quote for new insurance. Completed the online form 3 times and also emailed them directly on the email address shown on their website. Still no response! Suspect this company are not interested in taking on new business. Shame, as I was trying to use a company local to me thinking their customer service would be better than a national firm.

   Dear Chris, I would like to take this opportunity to look back on almost 5 years of working together. I met Chris at an exhibition in the November and he asked for my renewal date, which I gave him as July. Of the 20 odd brokers who got this information, he was the only one to call! He gave us a great quote for the portfolio of properties and we immediately switched our 10 properties over.
