   I had a fantastic experience with this brokerage. They made the entire mortgage process surprisingly easy and fast. I highly recommend them to anyone. My initial conversation was with Keeley. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Keeley clearly explained all my options and laid out the next steps, making sure I understood everything. This first call was smooth and gave me a lot of confidence. Once the application was submitted, Oliva took over. She managed the application expertly. Oliva's communication was excellent—she kept me updated constantly and handled all the necessary chasing with the lender and solicitors. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Thanks to Keeley for the great start and Oliva for the diligent management, the whole application went through quickly and closed on time. A genuinely efficient and effective team! :)

   I have recently completed a re-fix for my mortgage after reaching the end of my previous fixed rate period. Meridian have been absolutely excellent from start to finish. My administrators Claire and Emily were both absolutely brilliant from beginning to end, I always felt well informed on my application, any concerns I had were always answered, and they both went above and beyond for me following some small bumps in the road along the way. Both of them are an absolute credit to themselves and to Meridian and I will absolutely be using you again come my next re-negotiation, can’t recommend highly enough.

   Amazing! Kamesh our Mortgage Advisor has been brilliant, he got us an amazing deal during the interest hike up and the process was so quick. We got our mortgage offered and approved in less than a week! Caitlin, our Mortgage Administrator, was very friendly and there to help with whatever we needed too. Holly in the Help to Buy team was also great. Couldn't recommend them more!
