Absolutely awful service! So rude throughout my appointment I couldn’t believe her manner. Wouldn’t spend your money on a service to get a shocking attitude in return!

Awful. If I could score 0 I would. Firstly, they haven’t invested in any fans, so the smell of varnish and chemicals is so strong. Had my BIAB nails done a week ago and they have already started chipping. I came here as I was absolutely desperate, wanted to get into penarth nails but they had no space. Honestly, don’t waste your money £40 for chipped BIAB and a banging headache when I left.
I had lost 4 nails during a house move. The guy stuck replacements on …. on a slant, then struggled to get them all same shape. It was painful to watch. My nails are now much shorter than I wanted. Nice colour though. £38 gel infill, colour & 4 replacements.
Don’t bother they keep u waiting for ages ( up to an hour !!) even with a planned appointment, dreadful service and rude I went to penarth nails and couldn’t believe how lovely and welcoming they were I’m so much happier spending my hard earned money to pay for a service who appreciate the customers *** your reply is lame … u told me to come back at 12 !! My appointment was 11 , don’t twist the truth !!! Every single appointment I have has always been late u can’t keep to your appointments!!!
