Awful company to deal with, can't give a simple breakdown of costs. Sent debt collectors out even though I was waiting for a reply regarding a query of payments I made. AVOID there are much better companies to deal with.

Awful company! Avoid at all costs! Left us on hold for an hour, then cut us off twice, then when they finally did answer said someone would call back! They can’t solve anything online or on the chat, only when they deem it convenient to call you! The cover we took out was not fit for purpose as they did not record our vehicle correctly and then wanted about her £300 ! On cancellation they have decided we owe another £148 on top for the £60 we paid them for just 6 weeks cover!

I didn’t realise that no claims discount couldn’t be taken into consideration from a private car to a commercial vehicle when I submitted my quote. I proceeded to take out insurance and paid a deposit. I called up to confirm my details 3 days later and I was notified they couldn’t take my claims into consideration, in most cases the company would deduct any days insured, but they refunded the full amount the very next day, the guy was super friendly too, unusual in this day and age. Would recommend, thank you.

Need to check your clients details more carefully. Fed with getting phone calls from you. I DO NOT HAVE ANY FORM OF INSURANCE WITH YOU. STOP RINGING MY NUMBER. ITS ANNOYING
Had a problem re payment they were very helpfull in sorting this out for me no complaints at all
Certainly don't live up to their mission statement of integrity when sending spam calls with automated voice messages to call them. Only reason they got one star is because I can't give them less.
