Our remortgage was completed within the month of our initial visit with him. He kept us updated every step of the way.    Ian is an absolute angel. We were first time buyers so primarily Ian was amazing because he guided us through the whole way. We had two flats which fell through, and third time lucky. Ian had to apply for two mortgages for us as the first ran out due to the fall through and each time he made it super easy for us. The whole process was a year and Ian throughout the whole time answered our calls immediately or would ring back shortly after. I couldn’t recommend Ian’s services enough - and he’ll also sort your extras out like life assurance and insurance. He’s also just a great guy and never makes you feel like you’re bothering him with questions. He really knows his stuff! Thank you Ian, we’ll be coming back to you for our next home!
