   Selling up and unable to secure a mortgage in my sole name, I thought I would have no choice but to rent. How wrong I was! I have been working with Steve at Westmore. First appointment was in Aug'23. He was able to find a mortgage lender for me which was fantastic news. Fast forward to Jan'24, secured an offer on the house, touched base with Steve again. Mortgage in Principal came through very quickly, my search for my new home was able to begin. I have found Steve to be very knowledgeable, replies to questions quickly and very easy to get along with. Always keeps your best interests at the centre of the service he provides. I have also sorted out life cover through Steve. He always seeks out the best possible deal available to try and fit with your circumstances. An all round lovely, genuine person. I would highly recommend and would definitely contact Steve in the future if needed.

   Shannon and Paul were so helpful with finding me a mortgage for my first house. They both were really patient with me, explained everything very clearly and were really quick answering my questions. I had some implications with my mortgage which limited my options elsewhere but Paul was able to find me a deal that came in way under my budget.    Due to complete on our first home Friday and we are so grateful for the fantastic service from Westmore Insure. We were blown away to have our mortgage offer accepted in under a week. Paul handled everything with ease, reassured us throughout and made the process so stress free.    Myself and my partner are first time buyers and were directed to Westmore Insure to handle our mortgage. From the off Paul was extremely helpful in explaining every step of the way and in making sure we felt comfortable and understood what we could expect. Through the whole process Paul was quick to phone to update and available most of the time to take a call to help us out.    Having dealt with Paul and Shannon on the mortgage side of things, they were incredibly helpful and always available to chat if any issues cropped up. Paul was always quick to respond and help in last minute changes. Steve and the insurance team were also very help too! Making sure I had the right insurance and the most beneficial to my current circumstances. All extremely professional and dedicated to doing the best they can, and 2 years down the line after my initial mortgage application and now my remortgage, I still couldn’t recommend them enough!

   Cannot recommend the team at Westmore highly enough. From the first contact, Paul was friendly, professional and efficient. There was not one point throughout the whole mortgage process where I was unaware what was happening and I did not need to chase for anything. Paul took all of the stress out of the process, and when our first mortgage fell through, he had a replacement in place within days. Steve continued the first class service when he took care of our life insurance requirements. I would not think twice about recommending the team to family and friends. Thanks guys!
