   Hello, I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service I have received recently. I have ordered from your restaurant many times, but my experience on Friday the 5th was unacceptable. I ordered a chicken doner and doner meat, yet the chicken doner was completely missing from my order. When I called, your staff acknowledged the mistake and assured me that on my next order, you would include a chicken doner free of charge to make up for the error. However, when I placed another order on Sunday the 7th and called to confirm the replacement, I was informed that this was “not possible.” After that, my calls were ignored entirely. This is extremely unprofessional, especially considering the reassurance I received just two days prior. I expect your business to honour the commitment made by your staff and provide the customer service you advertise. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you.

   I asked for no cheese due to an allergy, and yet I get home and I have cheese in my food. Not to be over dramatic, theres a chance I could die eating this. It was evident by the lack of care when ordering that this was going to happen. Pathetic what this place has become. Waste of time and money.

   mate i’m getting sick of this now i’ve ordered from ur shop over 50 times.. never have a bad experience, last 10 or so times since you’ve had new workers has been very bad and disappointing, hash browns barley cooked.. pizza barely edible thin base pizza that’s about 2 inch thick.. and to top it off not cut every single time sorry to say but be the last time i order, pizza is like a loaf of bread photo does no justice

   I ordered a pizza through Uber that cost £10 as you can see the size of the pizza in the picture.It was supposed to be a certain size, but it arrived with almost no toppings or vegetables, just chicken and a lot of green chillis. Plus, I was charged extra for the service. You need to improve your business.

   Honestly what baffles me is that half the reviews here are blaming the delivery companies rather than the establishment itself with really annoys me. the Grill and Angies for me are always the place to go to for fried chicken. It always tastes good, they cook fresh to order and yes, the workers might seem tired and perhaps grumpy at times but they have to almost always deal with drunken students on the regular. Will continue to come back to these geezers

   Ordered our usual Chicken burger and chips; waited an hour for delivery! Opened the box to find the burger bun was tiny and the portion of chips were half the normal size. Disappointed is an understatement. Rang them to ask why this occurred only to be met with sarcasm. I would rather order a Happy Meal at half the price as it would be more filling
