Cancelled policy . Refund not received, Its been over 2 weeks. Avoid if you dont want to waste endless hours on the phone
If there was 0 they would have it bad company left us no bath for 4 weeks now and stills with out one plus had leak in kitchen they said won't repair it what we pay insurance for this so bad company left my mum and dad one disable and other one is 90 years old really bad

Car was stolen just after renewal. Got told I had to stay with them because of this. I'd alot going on in my life at the time so didn't question it. Obviously later found out it was cobblers.
