   We were first time buyers and had no clue what we were doing. Marc was extremely helpful in guiding us throughout the whole process and we highly recommend his services! Following our initial chat on the phone he provided a mortgage in principle that day, so we could immediately start booking viewings. He kept in touch with us whilst we were looking and made sure everything was prepared and ready to apply for a mortgage once we had an offer accepted. We were talked through the different mortgages available to us and the pros/cons to help make our decision. Marc also helped with arranging life insurance, building insurance etc. so this was all arranged and in place ready for when we exchanged contracts. He was also very quick to respond to any messages/questions we sent, which we really appreciated!

   We used Marc to help us secure our mortgage and I cannot recommend him enough. Marc was incredibly helpful right from the beginning when we were only enquiring about a mortgage without even potentially taking one out at the time. When we did proceed Marc secured us the best rate we could hope for and got everything done immediately. We were hoping to offer on a house and within hours Marc came back with a Decision in Principle for us. It was a long buying process and we genuinely felt like Marc was there with us supporting the whole way. It's very rare I take the time to write a review, but the service was honestly so great that I couldn't not. I have recommended First in Mortgages to a few friends and family and look forward to re-mortgaging with Marc again in the future. Thanks once again!

   Marc was great at sorting out our mortgage and insurance. Prompt in replying to e-mails, approachable and polite. When we had issues with our application being stuck with one of the banks due to its IT system he gave us good advice and sorted out a deal with another bank, which in the long run was probably a win as well.
