   I have to give one star as nothing ever is going to change in the nursery if I do not. So my daughter was in the nursery after a transfer from a different nursery after me and my family moved to this local area. I was welcomed by manager who is a lovely person. Most of the staff is so great. However there is the room leader ..she was absolutely awful. I can not count how many times I was late with other child to school as this woman was so many times late to open the nursery door. She wore Santa Baby on her breast T-shirt for Christmas celebration - absolutely awful for a professional. I do not thing the nursery is the place to wear such slogans..to work. The lady favourites some parents than others-clearly visible. She always complained about my daughter that she is too clingy. For God sake-she just turned 3 and she is still small and dearly loved and hugged a lot at home. Her emotional needs were definitely not addressed well. My daughter stopped being happy and she did not want to attend the nursery. She struggled with speech and she had no enough of support from the staff. I addressed my concerns to the manager- well, I was told that this lady has the qualifications that the nursery needs as they struggle to employ staff with similar qualifications, and nobody else is complaining but me-I had a few words with other parents-they do complain too. My daughter is in another nursery since beginning of this year- she loves it. Her speech developed so well and the staff is so supporting and caring. I have no issues at all in the new nursery and my child is very happy.She is finally surrounded by the right people.

   Definitely the best nursery ,my daughter is always happy to when going and is happy when she get back home. Her learning skill has improved thanks to the Swanswell nursery . They are the best and the staff are really nice and accommodating. Taking my daughter to the nursery is one of the best decisions I made

   Such a great nursey with amazing and helpful staff all the way to management. Used these nursery with my 3 daughters could not be more satisfied as I know they are safe well taking care off. The staff is very caring, friendly and supportive and always give great feedback and observations. My 2yr old daughter loves going to the nursery and as developed so much in such short time. Thank you Lorraine A, khalesa and Lorraine M for all your hard work and patient. Without a doubt I would recommend these nursery.

   Lovely nursery and staffs, I will definitely miss this nursery. My daughter has been here for 2 years now, she absutely likes it and has great relationship with the staffs. Special thanks to Megan, Lorraine, Dayna, Tina and Tisha who have supported her through her early learning journey.

   Great Nursery, we using this place for 2.5 years and my son enjoying. Nice, friendly and supportive staff. I would like to say thank you to Tina and Ciara for patience and support, its great to see that my son is happy and feels safe. Definitely will recommend this nursery, and if I will have another child will use same nursery.

   They don’t even deserve any star, If you just want to dump your kids to get rid not caring about their good will then this is the place. They don’t care to clean a child if soiled after 5PM and send back child dirty. And if nursery closes at 6 and you go to pick up at 5.50 then you are given a lecture why you are late, even when session is upto 6, haven’t seen it to be applied in other places. The experienced staff are managing how a child is to treated. The interns are not allowed to talk about the child, they just hand over the child to parent, they just whisper about the kids day experience so that the senior staff don’t over hear them.

   As time is fast approaching with my son getting ready to leave the little Swanswell nursery I thought I’d give a review. Starting off in the baby room J was a very unsettled baby and wasn’t use to mixing with baby’s or adults being born in the pandemic. After moths of being consistent J really settled in with the help from staff J built a really good relationship with his key person. Now in toddler room J absolutely loves coming to nursery he’s learning so much in each session he does , his character is really forming. J and myself love this nursery it has been a very safe environment for J and I’ve found it to be well managed. We have never had any issues or problems here. Having access to the app is also great seeing updates through the day and knowing what J has been doing with records of nappy changes,sleep and meals. I know J will really miss attending here and I will also feel it to. Thank you to each and everyone at little Swanswell for taking care of my son,for teaching him all that he has learnt , helping him grow in the best possible way!

   Outstanding nursery with great members of staff and owner that genuinely care about the welfare of children that are in their care. I highly recommend Little swanswell nursery because they have helped my daughter develop her speech and social skills in a great way. All the parents I have spoken to feel the same way about the nursery.

   Great nursery, real family run business, children are well looked after and cared for. Children are educated by the teacher, the staff have always been caring and honest. The food is ok great and there’s always something exciting going on. I would recommended Little Swanswell Nursery to parents it is a quality setting.
