   I took my Frenchie here his first every groom, I was asked if I wanted to wait which I did and sat in the sunshine. He was pampered with a cucumber face wash, massaged , ears cleaned and nails clipped he smelled wonderful and by the way he was behaving he loved it. Great value for money and rebooked for five weeks time. A great first experience from a professional. Thank you From Freddie the Frenchie.

   Had a great groom done for our 2 year old sprocker spaniel Freddie today, he’s usually quite nervous when meeting new people- especially a groomer. He was perfectly fine before and after his groom today, sam made him feel very at ease. He wasn’t there too long either, which was the problem with previous groomers... taking their time and making Freddie wait around for his groom. Great groom all around- would definitely recommend and will be definitely taking Freddie back in the near future!

   Been taking my dog here since she was a puppy and will be the only place I take her, service is great, always a good quality cut and sam is super friendly and my dog loves her. The salon is beautiful and clean and this lady treats every dog like they are her own definitely recommend the groom room boutique to every dog owner I know, shame there isnt more than 5 stars to be given ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   Took my dog here today and this is her first ever grooming experience. She is also a rescue dog and very timid. The lady listened to my worries and put my mind at ease. As well as making sure my dog was at ease and comfortable. When I collected her she looked happy and looked amazing! Highly recommended.
