   Received a great service from Rob at RDS, who helped us with remortgaging our residential and BTL mortgages. We already had some quotes from a Broker but Rob managed to beat both quotes which was excellent considering the current Market. Rob travelled to our house on 2 occasions which was a bonus over having to travel or deal remotely. He seemed very knowledgeable, obtaining our preferences and circumstances and recommending the best products. Highly recommend to anyone looking for mortgage/financial advice.

   I had a initial consultation with Rob after finding him through Unbiased. Rob was extremely methodical, going through each element of my finance and protection needs in detail, educating me and my partner on how different products/services work (e.g. some elements of the teacher pension scheme) and not in anyway pushy with his products and services which I really appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend.

   We found Rob via 'unbiased'. I had a workplace pension and needed someone to get through all the jargon and actually get a response from my pension company. We arranged a time for the initial consultation. Rob arrived bang on time and I found him very honest, down to earth and knowledgeable. He put me at ease immediately and I felt I could trust him to take care of everything. Up until this point I had been having sleepless nights and spent hours trying to get information from Scottish Widows. I was right, he DID take care of everything. He took into account our current financial situation and made suggestions for the future. He gave me time to discuss with my wife and to think about it. he explained everything in plain English and explained his fees clearly. During the financial upheaval as the government were arguing and trying to making their minds up I contacted Rob one evening and he put my mind completely at rest. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rob to anyone who needs straight forward honest pensions advice.
