   I couldn’t recommend All 4 Paws enough! We bring our Working Cocker Spaniel to doggy day care, and we have honestly never seen her so tired when she comes home! It’s worked wonders for our work schedule, especially in the winter months when it’s cold, dark and wet! Mabel literally runs into daycare without a second thought. Donna and Clive treat each dog like their own, which makes it feel even more special. Plus, the seasonal touches and the regular photos are just adorable!

   I am looking after my son’s dog Rupert but do not have a dog of my own so have never used a grooming service. I had tried to find an appointment with several before I discovered Donna.She very kindly booked me in within the next couple of days. From the first moment I spoke to her it was very clear that she was a very lovely person and genuinely cared about the dogs she was grooming. She went above and beyond when it came to Rupert. I intended to walk him to her but it was a very hot day and I was very worried he would get too warm but I didn’t have the use of my car. I did not say this to Donna but she immediately picked up on it and offered to collect and return him in her own car. I was very touched as she had no obligation to do so. Rupert loved her on sight and very willingly went with her, she messaged me when they’d arrived safely and kept me informed throughout which stopped me from worrying as much. Rupert was brought home by Donna looking and smelling absolutely gorgeous and looking very pleased with himself. I cannot praise Donna highly enough for her kindness and for everything she did to keep Rupert safe and comfortable whilst in her care. Thank you Donna.

   We took Mae for her first groom yesterday and chose Donna as we had read positive reviews. Donna met us first and introduced herself to Mae. Mae liked her straight away as she's very friendly and welcoming. Donna sent us a text after about 20 minutes to set our minds at ease and tell us that Mae was fine and being very well behaved, which was a lovely gesture. Mae was with Donna for an hour and a half and Donna broke up the grooming with a bit of play and of course a well deserved treat or two. Donna made sure she Mae felt comfortable with each part of her new routine and will build up to others. Mae looked and smelt amazing, she seemed to like the experience and Donna. Mae can actually see again and looks quite the fluffy princess. Donna then sent me a link of an under coat brush to keep up Mae's brushing inbetween and a photo of Mae in the salon. Thank you Donna and Mae looks forward to being beautified in the near future. Highly recomend.
