Extremely poor customer service. I have been a customer for over 6 years and never had a welcome introduction or any form contact from the new owners despite charging an annual fee for their “services”. Initially raised a complaint 2 months ago and had to chase multiple times. Promised on numerous occasions a call back/email/resolution but never receive any further response. I would strongly avoid this company as a financial advisor due to their abysmal communication!
