Perfect hand strip done on our WCS . He looked amazing and his coat was so shiny. Will definitely be using them in the future.
I trained here on their City & Guilds Level 2 course. My experience: the course is well-structured and individually delivered, and is truly hands-on and immersive from the start, which is what is needed to learn how to handle and groom dogs. Zoe is a superb, knowledgeable and patient teacher as well as an absolute master of her craft. She is backed up by a team of highly-qualified and experienced groomers. Throughout, the care for and love of the dogs is clear. The expertise and passion of the staff and therefore the quality of the experience is unquestionable. I'm very glad to have been able to train here and highly recommend.
I took my Pomeranian for show groom ahead of Crufts, after a bad experience somewhere else. Zoe worked magic on my little dog and brought her over groomed coat back to looking good. Ladies understand show grooming standards and are extremely knowledgeable. They’re an hour drive from us but we will continue going to them, they’re the best groomers in Yorkshire!
With a degree of nervousness, I took my very heavily coated bearded collie to Joanne at Look North, after a recommendation from another highly regarded groomer. I asked if she was able to make his coat more manageable for me to groom, but still keep the long coated shaggy look. Joanne listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve and she did an amazing job, thinning out his coat in all the difficult areas. I am absolutely over the moon with the result and will definitely be going back. Very professional and experienced groomer. PS He smelt gorgeous too!

We’ve taken our 12 year old springer spaniel here a couple of times and he has come back looking fantastic. The cut is done to our request, not too short, not too long and his claws get trimmed too. Can highly recommend.
Such a great, friendly and professional service. We have been taking our two dogs to be groomed here for 3 years now after a local recommendation. Their most recent groom was under the new COVID procedure which was organised so efficiently and thoroughly. They did a fabulous job on two very fluffy terriers!
