   From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Monique and another member of staff who immediately put me at ease. They clearly explained the membership process, the club’s privacy and confidentiality policies, and the appropriate procedures for phone use and contacting others if required. I was then introduced to Steve, who conducted a professional and informative tour of the facilities. As a first-time visitor, I appreciated his considerate explanations of the club’s rules, etiquette and dress code. The venue was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and inviting. The buffet was beautifully presented, and the fireworks display added a thoughtful and memorable touch to the evening. The members I met were courteous, respectful, and made me feel entirely safe and welcome. I had many pleasant conversations and felt completely at ease throughout the night. The only minor point I would mention is that the music in the social room was quite loud, making it a little difficult to hear people, and yet there was no background music in the main playroom a small detail that could enhance the overall atmosphere, though neither of these will put me off from returning. One couple mentioned that Liberty Elite is regarded as one of the leading venues of its kind in the UK, and although i cant compare it I can understand why. I look forward to returning in the future since my first experience exceeded expectations in every way.

   Please do not bother to acquire the membership of this club as it is useless to say the least. You will be not valued as a member, whatsoever. If you will not manage to get into the special guest list of some events in this club, they will not let you in! That is really defeat the concept of the membership, is it not? I am a member of a few similar clubs and NOWHERE I was refused admission because the club have a "special" event. In fact as a member I have a priority regardless of the events in the clubs but not in Libs. With a new management the events going downhill anyway and not worth your time and ££ IMHO So please think twice to pay them a visit.

   My partner and I went to liberty elite on Friday evening, it was our first time ever at a swingers club. we also booked one of their hotel rooms for 2 nights. The hotel accommodation looks pretty drab from the outside, with a very pleasant surprise inside! Perfect sized room with all amenities supplied! Safe for your valuables, fridge, iron and ironing board, kettle TV etc. complimentary orange juice, bottled water, and boxed cereals, tea and coffee with a carton of milk. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The grounds in which the club/hotel are set are wonderful and very well looked after.and very peaceful and quiet. The club itself is very professionally run, with an immediate tour upon arrival and a general overview and explanation of club etiquette. A slight issue I had with something said by the person who showed us around was soon resolved, but it did have an impact on our night. Very clean venue with everything you could possibly want. Our bar tab came as a bit of a shock at just under £100 for our drinks, we didn't think to look at a price list (not sure there was one) but that wasn't a major issue. Would we return? 100% yes!! We are going to try another club meanwhile so that at least we have somewhere to compare it too. Just one tip for the owner. I have been a business man all my life, with a strong emphasis on the hospitality secter. The staff could possibly be less formal and more friendly. Don't get me wrong they was efficient but a little too formal Thanks for a great stay

   This club is expensive. The staff are rude and judgemental. The music is too loud and aimed at the wronge audience. The dj refuses to listen to suggestions or lower the volume to allow conversations. Overall, it was a terrible night.

   We attended the club for New Year’s Eve with a large group of friends. A great social night was had by all in a packed venue, lovely fireworks display to see in the new year. This was our first visit to the venue and likely won’t be our last, if there’s one point I would say it seemed like the jacuzzi was one with the force as it had a good choke hold on anyone entering the room. I understand the need for chlorine level being high but seemed a tad excessive One side point, there was a car parked up from opening with a dog in the car, and owners attending, this was still there when we left at 1:30am, that is poor animal ownership and although not a fault on the club perspective perhaps some security checks in the car park going forward could have raised this as an issue earlier in the evening.

   The music needs changing its to much for younger people, the people that go to the club are not younger people the music needs to be relaxing enjoyable to listen to so people can still enjoy to chat to each other. The Dj doesn't like to be asked to play anything else she's stuck in her way that she believes her music is all they want to hear same thing week after week nothing new you can even name what she have come on next after last song its such a shame as better style of music so many customers would enjoy the music as well as having a great night

   Absolutely love this place! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Friendly, welcoming, spotless and always a great relaxed night. Saturday couples nights are my favourite. Go try!:)

   Staff were very rude and pretentious. We left immediately. This was our least favourite out of all the clubs in the Midlands.
