All staff are incompetent and ignorant from doctors to nurses. They are really bad. I thought that other negative comments were exaggerated but no. All are real. Each and everyone of the staff are incompetent and unprofessional. Dont even try here if you are ill, you sure can heal yourself better than them. They cause me to get worse by stoping a necessary medication and were adamant to not send me a special doctor at hospital. The GPs knowledge were incompetent when it came to my illness so why try to cure something you dont know and a specialist should look. I feel so dissappointed and sad.

The staff on the desk are insensitive, the timings always run over (I don't think I've ever had an appointment that ran on time). And I always have to go in to book appointments because their call waiting system is non existent (ive literally just tried calling 30 times consecutively and got no answer!) Its a real shame because some of the doctors are great but you have to be very persistent to see them.

I think some of these negativly rated comment are old and therefore hold less of a weight on this clinic. Personally I think they've improved their service and again....waiting time in any NHS practice should be expected. After all its national and "free" to a certain extent

Lovely Medical Centre, quick service and very helpful and informative about problems and how to deal with them. They have never been rude or uncaring and will always put you first. I have missed appointments due to my conditions and I am always understood and forgiven. The receptionists and nurses will see to you quickly and give you advice, they are very nice. Only thing I can fault is the lack of cross platform communication. I have been waiting for results from a test and after a missed private number call, I recieved nothing (not even a voice message). Text reminders are great but I wish they could use that platform to reach out more, particularly as myself and others can suffer from phone anxiety. Really good service though... these other reviews seem pretty out of touch so I thought I would leave my own.

Current reviews don't do this surgery justice. I spoke to some very friendly receptionists about a possible burst ear drum. I saw a nurse that morning 30 minutes after the initial call. Very friendly and quick! Thank you
