Such nice people here. I needed a coil change but my GPs were unable to run a clinic. I called here and the receptionists were really helpful in getting me booked in. When I went to have my appointment they were caring and explained everything and made sure I was comfortable, really felt cared for so a big Thank you.
This was my first visit to the loughborough clinic. I was extremely nervous to have an implant removed . I shouldn't have been. From the moment I arrived the lady on reception welcomed me with a smile and put me at ease. She explained that I would be seeing 2 lady nurses and I would be well look after. They were absolutely fantastic throughout and made me feel in very safe hamds from the get go. I also saw a lady docter who removed my implant, she was really professional and the procedure was very quick I hardly realised it had been done! Thankyou so much i really appreciate your kindness and support from all of the team from start to finish. This is a 5 star Review for exceptional Service for a 5 star team! Natalie.
I’ve been there a few times now for numerous things and they have always been kind and understanding. On the walk in days the wait time might be long but if you book an appointment then it’s all quick. The staff are all lovely and caring and friendly
Visited here to have my contraceptive implant removed and was very impressed with the quality of care I received. It was easy to book the appointment online and I was seen on time by nurse Phil. Phil was amazing and took the implant out without any pain or complications. He was so pleasant and put me at ease during my appointment.
Was not impressed and caused my daughter with autism to have a meltdown! They have a policy that the child goes in on their own before parent is allowed, whilst I can see why and agree this should be offered. I think they need to take into account the disability needs of the child and not insist on them going alone! Complete lack of awareness or understanding by the nurse! The reception woman showed more than the nurse did.
Kind and genuine staff. David was very nice and accommodating, also a nurse which name I forgot, she was very empathetic and gentle with the blood test. Overall a very pleasant experience

Amazing experience, my nurse was very thorough with information she gave me and went above and beyond in terms of explaining my care options as I was quite nervous. Every step of the procedure I had was explained and the nurse and healthcare assistant were really empathetic and caring and the appointment was never rushed. One of the nicest healthcare experiences I’ve had!
Totaly disapointed dont go on that clinic!
