The Purple House Clinic were faultless throughout my journey with them. Having contacted fair few companies, it was this place that pulled through. Elizabeth in particular was just wonderful, so so helpful, efficient and just kind hearted! She catered for my specific needs and had me booked in very quickly! The appointment was then on time, well structured and fulfilled what I needed, again such a fantastic fit for me and I cannot fault the Dr. overall, it’s safe to say I think highly of The Purple House clinic and would recommend!
My daughter had 10 sessions with one of the psychologists and I thought they did great work together. In my opinion reception staff was incredibly kind. It's hard to imagine that someone thought total opposite. I would highly recommend.
Got in touch with this company to set up some sensory assessments for my son in mid May. Was sent an email with a quote of just short of £3000 if we chose to go ahead with all parts to it and advised of an 8-12 week wait period. I emailed back accepting for him to be put ok the waiting list and a few questions about who may be seeing my son. A week went by so I chased and recieved am email from the director apologising about the delay accepting him onto the wait list and forwarding another of my questions to a different team. This leads us to today. No more contact has been made so again had to chase the company. I have now recieved an email from the director stating that the lady they use is now on long term sick and won't be back until September which shes sure will be too late for us. This company have wasted 26 days of mine and my sons life we cannot get back by not being upfront, honest and organised. I would strongly reconsider approaching this company. Highly unprofessional.
We took our daughter to Purple house Clinic for a private ASD assessment and a private Sensory Assessment. The psychologists and occupational therapist that assessed our daughter were very caring, considerate, kind, understanding and professional throughout her multiple visits. I would recommend anyone having to go through assessments of these kinds to go to purple house clinic. All of the staff are friendly and really understand how your child may be feeling, how you as the parents may be feeling and truly put your mind at ease. The care and dedication the staff put into their clients and their families is amazing. Whilst we know the private sector is costly, we believe it was worth every single penny. I am very impressed and very happy with the service provided by Purple House Clinic Leicester. I was looking for someone who could give my Mum an assessment for possible dementia/memory loss, and from my initial contact with Purple House, I was confident that they would be able to provide the level of quality and care that I was looking for. They advised on who would be an appropriate and skilled member of their team to undertake this assessment, and were really flexible around the appointment date. The actual assessment, by Dr Kate Horn, was undertaken with a high level of thoughtfulness, generosity and care for Mum, and I was able to sit in and support Mum as needed. The report that we have received on Mum’s assessment is incredibly detailed, offering really helpful conclusions and recommendations about what we could now do moving forwards. We were offered an an opportunity to follow up with Dr Kate Horn, should we need it. Everything about this experience, from the first point of contact to receiving the report has been at an excellent standard. All communication with the team at Purple House has been really helpful, and easy, and they could not do enough to support and make this experience as stress free as possible for Mum and I. The environment is lovely, in a beautiful house in a picturesque part of Leicester City, and everything about the appointment felt very welcoming and supportive. I wholeheartedly recommend Purple House Clinic Leicester and am 100% happy with their service.

We had a very positive experience when we took our adult daughter for ASD assessments. It felt thorough and highly professional. Everyone was very respectful and friendly and our daughter benefited not only from the diagnosis but from the assessment process too. Of course it's expensive, but far quicker than the NHS and we received a comprehensive report with recommendations for getting support and benefits. I would recommend this clinic if you can afford it. We will probably return with our son too.
