We had a bad experience a couple of months ago doing bottomless brunch here where we had hardly any drinks, we thought we would give it another go as the first time we came we had a great time, this time was just as bad as the last. We started off well receiving back to back drinks this lasted until our third drink to which we had ordered food, eaten it and also finished all drinks we were waiting 45 minutes for our drink to arrive we then ended up having to chase down the server to ask where our drinks were her response was βohβ she then let us order a couple of drinks to make up for it but again we received 2 drinks then ordered our next which again didnβt arrive, the server then came over asking us to close up our bill we told her we hadnβt even received our last drink so she asked us to settle up and she would chase it we waiting about 30 minutes before we decided to just leave as it was clear our drink was never coming, not somewhere I will be rushing back to do a bottomless brunch after now 2 bad but similar experiences

Recently celebrated my daughterβs 4th birthday party here with a group of 11 friends. We had the room downstairs where we purchased pottery for the children to decorate. Every child was so happy, many compliments about how fun her party was. Ordered the buffet food and there was plenty! The children all had pretty glasses for their squash, which was a lovely extra. All staff were friendly, welcoming and couldnβt do enough for us to make sure we had the best time. Thank you so much for making her party such a special one! Highly recommend!!

We went here for pancake day & after initially being a little worried we loved it. When we walked in it was a little tatty, a window was missing, patches in ceiling, and a few dirty plates left out on empty tables. We were a little worried that we werenβt going to enjoy ourselves. But our server showed us to the table and the rest of the resultant and bar was beautifully decorated. We had really really amazing service from our server, considering she seemed to be the only person serving everyone at the time. We ordered 3 lots of pancakes and a chip butty. All of the food was absolutely amazing. We were stuffed! The plate of chips was huge, and the bread lovely! The pancakes were SO soft and fluffy, and such good value for money! There was so much food! The Cath Kidston glasses and mugs were so cute too! The kids really enjoyed the decor and we all had a good laugh at the private toilet party. On the way out I spotted a sign about refreshing some areas so I guess that explains the slightly tired looking entrance. Honestly we had a lovely time and canβt wait to come back. Probably the best pancakes weβve ever had and the server was just so friendly, sheβs a real credit to the place!

Portions are great, love the sweet breakfast variety, excellent staff felt very welcomed and looked after. Favourite bit though was the decor, really cool place, bet it gets even better in the evenings! Only recommendation to the owners would be to consider allowing customers to amend / customise breakfasts. Come on locals please support and keep this diamond of a place going strong!!

Hart & Co is lovely for a girly brunch. We had a fry up and French toast, both of which were nice. The churros cereal shake was incredible. The theme is carried throughout and is something that sets the venue apart from other brunch places. The staff that served us were SO friendly. The only thing that let it down for me was the toilets. Upstairs is themed to be very pink and girly but the toilets downstairs were different decor and ever so slightly tired looking. Toilets can be a real focal point for groups of girls for taking pictures and posting on social media. It would be great to see the theme continued.

We had the bottomless brunch which lives up to its name both with the eagerness at which the staff offer to refill your glass and the mountains of food they serve you to soak up the alcohol. I had the chicken wings which were not too spicy. The dirty fries that it came with were nice but they had far too much sauce so that they were basically soggy. I think they need to upgrade to bottles rather than sachets of ketchup. Some of the other options are just far too sweet. My friend had the biscoff burger which came with way too much sauce which drowned the entire burger. I like the idea of requesting songs. Overall we had a great time and the staff were very accommodating. I just felt the food let it down slightly.

Went for brunch on Sunday and was great. Booked via Instagram which was easy to do (there is no phone number but there is an email). We both had the French toast, 1 sweet and 1 savoury and 2 coffees and came to Β£30. The French toast plates were sizable and well cooked. The toast was soft and fluffy brioche. Bacon and sausages were nice and the sweet version came with plenty of toppings (dare I say it too much?). Staff were polite and attentive and everyone inside seemed to be enjoying themselves. Decor is very unique and very bright and fun. We would definitely go again.
