    I recently visited clay lane clinic and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The wait time exceeded one hour, which was incredibly inconvenient. Additionally, when I politely inquired about the wait time with the reception staff, their behavior was unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return in the future. I hope that these issues are addressed to provide a better experience for future patrons.

    Gosford Green surgery: Absolutely crazy I can call up, be caller number 1 in the queue. In the time waiting for my call to be answered I watched Eastenders (28 mins) had a shower and even had time to WALK to the doctors reception to see the person just chilling there like a call wasn't waiting to be answered. Hire some better receptionists please. Another time a male receptionist answered the phone. I specifically asked for multiple appointments as I had a few issues. Come to find out during my appointment he made just the one so I had to pick and choose which problem was worse then rebook again. For an environment that's supposed to care, these people don't care. Will be complaining to CQC too

    Since my local practice was taken over by Godiva recently I have noticed how outstanding the doctors are with every aspect of their care. I find them very prompt regarding waiting time before available appointment, and most importantly,they show a personal, genuine interest in the patient, even though restricted for time. Each doctor I have met has a pleasant disposition and a smile, which means a lot . Thank you .

    The doctors aren't helpful. The old ones were the best and knew how to help rather than laughing in your face at your pain! Where are the good doctors? The male receptionist is unreliable and isn't great at customer service. Please could you improve your service.
