I had an apppintment with a Nurse Darcy last week and I couldn't ask for a better care. She was very professional and friendly. She made me at easy during my visit at GP practice. I wish every nurse I encounter is as great as Darcy.
Called today to get an appointment 04/11/2022 and was given the next available appointment which was 01/12/2022
I've no complaints about the level of service or any of the doctor's but the reception staff are so utterly miserable .
ALL the staff and Doctors are just amazing ++ Huge shout out for Dr Riddings and Dr Jihora (forgive spellings if incorrect) for their timely, thorough and expert treatment of (in my opinion) a potentially very grave illness. God bless you all! When I'm well and if you ever want a volunteer, I'm here!
Got an appointment in the day. Friendly and efficient doctor. Reception staff are busy but still polite.
Usually fairly straightforward to get an appointment and doctors/nurses you see are alright, though I've never seen the same individual twice. One doctor moved me to a 'cheaper' alternative for a long-term prescribed medicine which took a few months to get corrected when it didn't suit me. The real let down is the reception staff, they really enforce that stereotype of doctors receptionists! The prescriptions clerk was rude and patronising too, threatening to leave a note about misuse of a prescribed medicine on my medical record when I asked for my repeat prescription early so I didn't run out while on holiday. I have no idea if she did or not.
