   An extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional GP. Had terrible issues with this bloke, failing in his Duty of Care to me as a patient, refusing to Prescribe medication to myself, leaving notes on my file, not allowing me access to 111 in an emergency and making himself the only person on the planet, able to prescribe my medication at any given time. This GP has made my life a living hell for the past few months, refusing to work with me or help me in any way, shouting at me down the phone, like a child, over talking me and deliberately ignoring anything I asked for. This GP also told me that as a patient of the practice, if I came into the practice for any reason whatsoever, or asked to speak to the practice manager in person, that he would contact the police and have me removed from the practice. So Dr A. Bal, refused to even allow me to come into my own practice, he refused to help me with medication or even emergency medication. Hes also deliberately left notes on my medical record, calling me “abusive” and that nobody is to override his authority, even if I was dying. This GP seems to think he knows best, ignores anything you ask him, isn’t reasonable in any way and constantly condescends you, during any conversation. I had to involve NHS England and the Practice Manager due to his continuing ignorance. Dr A.Bal is a piece of work. Stay well clear of this GP and Sherborne medical centre. The single rudest, and worst GP I had ever had contact with. Avoid him at all costs. Mr Daniel Siviter
