Dr Watt was a godsend to me while my husband had Alzheimer’s, right up to his passing. He listened and supported us throughout. We were very lucky to have him.
Hugely caring medical centre; reception and front facing members of the team could not do more for you. Doctors themselves are beyond-outstanding with specialisms in almost every area of medicine. Appointments are never rushed, and you are made to feel the centre of the universe; that you matter. My family has been with this practice for over 30 years - not once have we been let down... and on one occasion the actions of doctors saved a life. Words cannot express just how amazing and beautiful this medical practice is... and it's a team effort in TLC. Just... wonderful. Gosh we are blessed.
Recently moved to Leamington, joined my nearest practice and seem to have struck very lucky. The Reception staff have been consistently helpful and proactive with whatever I have asked, but especially today when I wanted to request an appointment with a female GP, and it was offered before I had to ask.
Been with this practice a long time and seen a lot of changes but can’t fault the doctors and staff. Receptionists are polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I have a couple of friends who wish they could join the surgery!! Recommend them
Excellent experience here as a patient for many years. I have also observed how well they deal with my partner’s anxiety - excellent care and compassion from reception team and Dr Watt.
If I could give this place no stars, I would. I have never in my life come across a ruder receptionist. I needed to enrol temporarily at the GP surgery and just wanted to check whether my application had been accepted. Instead I was merely dismissed and told that ‘if I want to enrol I should enrol fully’. No regard for the fact that I was worried about something urgent. It seems so ironic to me that in a profession where the main principle is to help and nurture people is managed by someone who has no emotional intelligence what so ever.
Visited surgery on Wednesday for Pneumonia injection. After a discussion and several questions was referred for a health check/diabetes assessment. Thursday's appointment picked up I have diabetes.Tests and treatment are now on going. Thank you to nurses for being so efficient. Thumbs up to the NHS Thank you to all concerned.
Our family have received fantastic care from Waterside over the years. The receptionist team are friendly and efficient and the doctors and nurses are friendly and professional. We always feel very fortunate to belong to such a wonderful practice.
Every time I have had to visit this medical centre, be it for myself, or for my daughter, I have had a brilliant experience. I am not one for writing reviews usually but I felt the need to. The receptionists are consistently lovely, either in person or on the phone. My phone calls and emails are answered so quickly, it’s shocking really! I have lived in plenty of places and I have never had such pleasant experiences with a medical centre.
