   What a great company! I booked them for a visit to fix my expensive microwave. They took my prepayment over the phone. I then rang back to say I'd managed to fix it! Colette was lovely, refunding my card without hesitation, and congratulating me on my repair skills. They could have argued the toss as the repair visit was booked and paid for, but they did the opposite. This is the sort of business you can trust; the sort you SHOULD give your custom to. Cheers Colette, you're a proper asset to them. First number I'll call if I need any other repairs.

   10/10 service from Ian at Appliance services. They came on behalf of the manufacturer to repair a very large integrated freezer. The freezer is housed in a freshly painted kitchen unit so I'd feared it would be impossible to get the freezer out without causing damage to the paintwork. Thankfully I was proved wrong, the attention to detail and care these guys took to do the repair was amazing, I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again. Many thanks

   I contacted Appliance Services about my dishwasher that died suddenly and then I added my fridge to the appointment as I'd been having issues with it. An engineer called Jacob came out, he was lovely, respectful, polite and very knowledgeable! He quickly diagnosed the problems with both appliances, thankfully the fridge was an easy fix, unfortunately the dishwasher, despite Jacob and the teams best efforts, had to go to dishwasher heaven.....may she RIP. I would not hesitate to recommend Appliance Services A*

   My washer door/ latch has been broken for weeks and while Bosch sent me a replacement ( which was not the correct one ) they nformed me the part had been discontinued. I called into.Appliance Services Yorkshire while in the area in the hope of them having one. After looking at their stock they didn't have one but they did have a complete door. Within an hour Ian had delivered and fitted this for me considerably cheaper than Bosch had quoted. Thank you so much to Ian and Tracy for coming to my rescue and saving the day.

   Great company to deal with , very helpful lady , Collette, on the phone and a friendly , courteous young man called Jacob who came out and sorted my washing machine . They were totally upfront the whole time about the ability to sort my machine, and I was made aware of all applicable charges before going ahead with my appt. No hesitation in recommending .

   Very friendly and efficient service. The engineer was friendly and knowledgeable and found the problem. A new part was ordered and fitted a couple of days later. Call out charge, plus new part and fitting was very reasonable. I can highly recommend.

   After a number of visits to my washing machine damage was caused to my floor. I queried this and was basically called a liar. I have no choice but to use this company as my items are under warranty from Howdens but I would be very wary if using them. No response now after being told this petson and that person would come out
