    Absolutely brilliant service from the team. The Autism ASC assessment was carried out both in person (at Lichfield) and via a teams meeting (Parents). We were all feeling unsure, and nervous it would be an assassination of our parenting ability!, how wrong we were. From first contact to final report the service has been brilliant. R.S. , who carried out the ADOS-2 assessment immediately put our 10 year old at ease, in fact he didn't realise it was an assessment. Within an hour, she had identified every trait he shows, even down to the minutest of symptoms. Dr I.K., the Clinical Psychologist, guided us through the ADI-R assessment, reassuring all the way, again, picking up on all the concerns we had. He was professional all the way through, without making us feel intimidated by the process. From initial contact to the final report took about a week. If the NHS / Local Council ask if you would be prepared to go private with this organisation to reduce your waiting time, do not hesitate. We cant recommend them enough.

    My son had an appointment here on the 28th April. Upon arrival I had a warm welcome from Sarah and Jeb. I asked a lot of questions and Jeb was more than happy to answer these and explain things to me. Sarah who did the face to face assessment was lovely too. The doctor we spoke to on the phone as part of the assessment was so lovely and very upbeat. I would 100% recommend these guys.
